Are you driven to equip Christian business owners to lead with eternal impact? C12, the global leader in Christian CEO peer advisory groups, is seeking mission-minded Associate Chairs to help build and shepherd a thriving community of faith-driven leaders across Greater Phoenix. In this role, you will guide CEOs, facilitate powerful peer forums, and champion a movement of leaders integrating biblical truth with business excellence.
What We're Looking For
- A servant leader passionate about discipling and developing Christian business owners
- A strategic, entrepreneurial thinker who builds trust and relationships across Greater Phoenix
- 10+ years of business ownership, C-suite, or senior executive leadership, including leading teams of 10 or more
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or facilitating senior leaders
- A deep, active commitment to Christian faith and local church involvement
Core Responsibilities
- Facilitate monthly C12 CEO and Key Player forums
- Provide one-on-one coaching to Christian business leaders
- Develop and execute strategies to grow C12’s presence across Greater Phoenix
- Collaborate with Principal Chairs to advance C12’s mission of transforming the marketplace through Christ-centered leadership
- Build meaningful relationships that open doors for gospel impact in the business community
