You are about to embark on a journey that will challenge, encourage and strengthen you in significant ways!
C12 is an invitation-only, executive-level, peer advisory board created specifically to serve Christian CEOs, business owners, and key executive/management leaders of private and public organizations. Our groups consist of twelve members plus a professional, full-time chairman/facilitator. We meet together for a full day once each month in a boardroom environment. These meetings can best be described as a “business sabbatical” in which we come together to work intentionally on our companies and leadership skills rather than simply work in our businesses.
These are highly focused meetings conducted in a collaborative learning format. We cover topics related to practical business solutions, how we view our work in the marketplace as our ministry, individual accountability and Christ-centered prayer. In addition to the monthly group meetings, C12 members meet individually with the C12 Chairman for a 60-minute work and coaching session.
MEMBER QUALIFICATIONS
We are Christians – Our members come from many Christian churches and denominations who believe Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior, in the Holy Trinity, the whole Bible is wholly true, God has an eternal plan for each believer’s life, and that plan includes their business.
We operate established companies – Generally, we serve companies that have matured beyond the start-up phase. C12 businesses are expected to have a minimum of $1 million in annual revenues and, typically, a minimum of 10 employees.
We are committed to growth – Our participation as C12 members is focused on constant and consistent growth in all aspects of our lives: As business owners and leaders, as employers, as spouses, as parents. C12 is not a place for spectators, complacency, or a casual approach to our lives. We come together to encourage, strengthen and challenge each other to be more intentional about all areas of our lives.
We participate actively in C12 meetings – C12 members are required to attend each monthly board meeting and not more than two absences per year from your board is allowed. Each member has a clear understanding and appreciation for the value of Godly counsel and they come prepared to share their experiences and knowledge in a manner that benefits everyone at the table.
We commit our time to monthly, one-on-one coaching meetings – The C12 Chair meets individually with each member of the group once per month for a 60-minute period. These meetings are an extremely important component of the membership benefits of C12. During these meetings, members have an opportunity to carefully assess areas of growth, stagnation and opportunities for positive change.
C12 makes every effort to bring together the top business leaders representing the most respected and successful businesses in the marketplace. We come together monthly as a peer advisory board for a full-day meeting. Our focus during these important meetings includes; encouragement, accountability, personal/professional growth, discernment and a collaborative learning environment as we seek practical business solutions and Godly counsel in all areas of our lives. Obviously, our time together during these monthly meetings is incredibly valuable.
Membership Agreement & Covenant of Mutual Benefit
I agree that I do/will fulfill the requirements of Membership Qualifications/Calling and Membership Basics that are detailed above. I agree to hold all information shared by other C12 Members in strict confidence, not to actively solicit fellow members, that I will engage according to C12’s stated core principles, and I will refrain from any doctrinal debate. Breaching these standards will result in cancellation of my membership. It is my understanding that membership is granted on an automatically renewable month-to-month basis and the membership fee (which can be paid monthly, quarterly or annually) is due no later than the first day of each month. Membership fees must be kept current at all times. Prior to termination of membership, I agree to convey my intention of leaving my C12 to all of the group members during a regular monthly board meeting. I agree to give one month notice to my Chair to terminate membership.
In agreement to these terms and conditions, I desire to formally submit this application to C12 Greater Phoenix for consideration.
Upon submitting your application/registration for C12 Greater Phoenix you will be contacted by your Chair and/or the Principal Chair to setup and discuss registration and dues fees, and terms. You will receive two invoices: 1) Registration and 2) Your first months Membership dues.
