Kathie Julian
Principal Chair,
C12 Greater Phoenix
Kathie Julian became Principal Chair of C12 Greater Phoenix in April 2026, after three years as an Associate Chair. She brings together executive experience and servant leadership to help Christian CEOs and business owners build great businesses for a greater purpose.
Kathie helps marketplace leaders integrate biblical values with bold strategy, building companies that are both profitable and eternally significant. She believes leaders limit their impact when they lead in isolation, and that when surrounded by trusted peers with shared values, they unlock the kind of performance no one reaches alone. As a Chair, she champions leaders and equips faith-driven CEOs to thrive in business and in calling.
Her career spans leadership at major corporations including the Dial Corporation, Farmers Insurance, and WorkBoard, as well as ownership of a vertically integrated furniture manufacturing and retail business with locations across the Southwest. She has also served as a strategic advisor through consultancies including C3, Ferrazzi Greenlight, and MAP, guiding C-suite leaders through business transformation, cultural change, and shifting market dynamics.
Her work blends spiritual leadership with innovation. She is pioneering AI-powered strategies that help CEOs accelerate transformation in their roles and businesses. Her belief is that AI should function like a leadership exoskeleton, not to replace the human, but to amplify the mission, freeing leaders to focus less on process and more on purpose and people.
Kathie holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA in Strategic Management and International Business from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland. She is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and serves on the Colangelo College of Business Advisory Board at Grand Canyon University.
