Mike Stanley
Chair,
C12 Greater Phoenix
Mike Stanley brings three decades of executive leadership and a coach’s conviction to his role as a C12 Chair in Greater Phoenix. He served as Principal Chair of the territory from 2019 to 2026, helping shape its growth before passing the role to Kathie Julian to focus on coaching members and to invest more time in his family. He believes the most important work a CEO can do is work on their business rather than in it, and that leaders reach peak performance through trusted peer input and coaching.
Mike’s experience spans more than 30 years of leadership in the medical, pharmaceutical, consumer products, food service, and technology sectors. He has guided companies from startups to organizations exceeding $200M in revenue, and from sole ownership to complex shareholder structures including private equity. He has held C-level roles at companies ranging from 25 to 2,500 employees, led 20 mergers and acquisitions as both buyer and seller investing private and venture capital, and engineered cultures that thrived during periods of explosive growth.
As a Chair, Mike facilitates a full-day monthly Business Forum focused on business growth from a biblical viewpoint, paired with one-on-one executive coaching tailored to each member’s needs. The format is not a Bible study. It is built around solving the real business, family, and spiritual issues that CEOs carry, and Mike has seen firsthand how trusted community accelerates that kind of growth.
Mike has served on the board of HonorHealth and remains an active community volunteer focused on education and healthcare across Arizona. He holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS in Engineering from Arizona State University.
