Tim Smith

Tim Smith serves as a C12 Chair in Greater Phoenix, equipping Christian CEOs and business owners to build high-performance businesses that impact the world through the power of peers and private coaching.

Tim brings an entrepreneur’s perspective and a coach’s heart to the role. He founded and led Training to YOU for 16 years, a Phoenix-based computer training company where he oversaw revenue, profitability, and a team of 33 employees. The company trained thousands of corporate and government employees before being successfully sold in 2014. He then spent six years as a business coach and consultant through EntreSpirit Coaching and Consulting, earning a strong reputation in the EOS Traction business system, spiritual discernment, and operational excellence.

Tim’s primary aim guides everything he does: to experience a love-relationship with God, his wife, family and friends, while using his entrepreneurial and spiritual talents to benefit business owners both personally and professionally. He leads members through all-day Forums and one-on-one Focus 60 meetings, equipping each leader for excellence in every area of their life.

Tim is deeply rooted in faith and community. He serves on the advisory board of Richard Parrish Ministries, leads a bi-weekly Christian business leader Bible study at his local church, as well as a monthly Mission Expander Bible study for C12 members in Greater Phoenix.

Tim lives in Scottsdale with his wife Kristen, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. They have three adult sons: Braden, Parker, and Evan.
